Because our meals are made fresh and are perishable food products, we do not offer refunds for meals that were prepared correctly but simply did not meet personal taste preferences.

All meals are delivered fresh and ready to heat. Heat in the microwave for 203 minutes and enjoy. Meals can also be warmed on the stovetop.
